Review/analyze business and system requirements

Responsible for overall test planning, creation of test cases and execution

Publishing Metrics and Reports relating to testing

Perform system, regression and integration testing with emphasis on automation

Ensure the logging, tracking, communication, and resolution of issues and defects

Able to communicate effectively with Project Managers, Technical Leads and Development team as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years for experience in the software testing field

Proven experience leading testing team and testing efforts

Proven experience in testing complex OLTP and OLAP systems

Proven experience in testing Client/Server and 3-tier architectures

Prior data analytics testing experience is preferable

Knowledge of SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL

Ability to produce documentation to in-house quality standards

Strong knowledge of industry standards and techniques in testing

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Quick learner and able to multitask in a fast paced environment

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering Discipline

Experience using Mercury Test Director and Rational Clear quest is preferable
