Accenture’s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

The Services workforce is made up of four groups: Client Operations, Project Based, Delivery Centers and BPO Businesses. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.

Job Description
Integration Test Support
Prepare? Integration Test scripts and cases with superb attention to detail and sound judgment in balancing deliverable quality against aggressive time lines.
o Consider all aspects of testing for the initiative and determine what needs to be tested.
o Identify the technical changes implemented for the initiative and how they could potentially impact existing functionality.
? Execute tests of the initiative enhancements and requirements in an integrated test environment
o Follow scripts as they were outlined.
o Think through scripts by using the test case matrix and demonstrate a solid understanding of what is being tested at both a high and detailed level.
o Develop a solid understanding of the technical architecture of the system.
Assist with technical troubleshooting of the integration test? environment and process.
o Monitor the status of the test environment and assist in troubleshooting the connections between Siebel, Vitria, and Portal.
o Work with the Accenture developers and system admin to troubleshoot the environment.
Provide effective and timely feedback of project status to? supervisor, showing an understanding of the overall project goals and his/her role within the larger effort, with appropriate aggressive personal development goals that the role affords.
Elevate issues of concern to higher levels? of Accenture and client management as necessary, starting with his/her immediate supervisor.
Complete ad hoc tasks as requested, with eagerness, alacrity,? and attention to detail.
Project Management
Support the document? inventory control process implemented at client site.
Assist with various? project management tasks as requested.

Qualifications

Required:
•Strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills in a complex environment.
•Good leadership and communication skills
•Works independently to resolve environment related issues
•Strong analytical skills
•Able to manage priorities with focus on the details

Education:
4 year undergraduate degree preferred in computer science, IT, etc.
