Test Engineer Manager

Manage the Test Engineering and IT Professionals with an emphasis on corrective and preventive action; Provide leadership and guidance on System Level test including ESS, HASS, Standard Burn In, Run In; Aid in the continuing development and sustaining engineering of Software and Hardware Test Code and Platforms to customer specifications;

Ability to develop Test Hardware and Software; Knowledge of database structure and Data Collection Methodologies; Excellent written and verbal communications; demonstrated leadership skills; Understanding of System Manufacturing; Competent in use of all Microsoft Office products; RF Design and Operational understanding. C++ and/or higher-level programming experience preferred.

3-5 years experience in Test Engineering and System Level
BS in Electrical, Computer Science, Electronic Technology, Software Engineering or similar discipline
