Job Description:
A position is available in the Foundation Enterprise Systems Testing Group for a Test Coordinator.

The Test Coordinator is responsible for the planning, designing, execution and evaluation of the overall solution test strategy and ensuring that the solution is tested according to the goals and policies identified in the Quality Plan. They will provide tasks and estimates to Project Management, manage the tasks and resources necessary to successfully implement the test strategy, and be involved in the detailed, day-to-day activities necessary for the verification of all requirements within scope for a particular product release. This person would also be responsible for Configuration Management tasks including defining environment needs and the hardware and software requirements to create and maintain proper testing environments.

The ideal candidate needs to be a self-motivated individual who can drive tasks and issues to completion. This person will need to proactively interface with other departments in the company and align the multi-functional team on common test strategies and timelines.

Responsibilities associated with this job will change from time to time in accordance with the company's business needs. Therefore, the incumbent may be required to perform additional responsibilities from those set above.

Skills and Experience:

Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to define and plan comprehensive testing strategies

Ability to define and implement test metrics collections and metric trend analysis

Ability to lead team of Testers, Test Designers and Test Environment Staff

Knowledge of Testing and Configuration Management Techniques
