Test Analyst (Quality Assurance/QA)

ACF Solutions is a woman-owned business systems consulting firm focused on helping clients transform their business using information technology.

We are currently searching for full-time employees to join our rapidly growing firm as an:

End-to-End System Test Analyst
The Test Analyst role is within the End-to-End System Testing group of our client. This group manages the quality assurance (QA) testing of the largest strategic initiatives across all operations support system applications.

Generally, a Test Analyst is assigned to one or more initiatives. They then perform test planning, test execution program management, and results validation for that initiative. The Test Analyst works through the individual application teams to execute tests and resolve requirements/design/software problems.


SKILLS REQUIRED

This position requires the following skills:

experience in software quality assurance (QA) testing or IT program management (entry level candidates will be considered with IT degree and IT internship experience)

experience with Mercury Testing Tools suite and/or Rational Robot

the ability to aggressively drive issues to closure across multiple teams

strong functional analysis skills and the ability to quickly get an end-to-end view of the business requirements and systems architecture

excellent verbal and written communication skills, initiative, organization and attention to detail
