JOB OVERVIEW
The Telemarketing Rep (New Business Developer) will initiate the selling process with new, high potential unassigned and selected assigned accounts. Development of strong leadership skills that will facilitate strong CRM selling teams capable of building sales, profits and customer loyalty.
Shifts Available: 8:30am-5:00pm and 10:00am-6:30pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and profit growth
Successful account, product, and service penetration
Identification of customer needs
Effective opportunity identification and closure
Key retention and growth of business
Accurate data capture
High level of proactiveness
Communication across all channels
REQUIREMENTS
A College Degree is desired
3years in proactive telephone sales desired
A successful proactive sales history incorporating strong PC skills
Experience in selling a broad range of products is desired
Experience in selling to an assigned customer base a plus
