As our Technical Support Engineer, your main mission will be to solve a unique variety of technical issues related to our fiber optic transceiver modules. REQUIREMENTS
As our Technical Support Engineer based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA, you will be the first line of defense and support for customers using our fiber optic transceiver modules. Fundamental to your success will be your ability to use your analytical and technical skills to determine if the nature of the problem is mechanical, firmware or electrical. Your previous use of a variety of lab tools to resolve the problem and test the solution will be key to minimizing turnaround time. You will be able to collaborate with the best minds in R&D and they will be available to assist in problem-solving. Your understanding of optics products will allow you to be productive from day one. Strong communications skills, both written and verbal will have a significant impact on the level of quality of support to our customers and internal team.
