Technical Specialist

Technical Specialist Job -> The client, located in the Philadelphia, PA area, is actively searching for a candidate that is looking to develop a career in the software, customer care arena. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of structural steel fabrication experience on autocad. Superior oral & written skills are required as the position will require interfacing with both in house staff & customers. A strong working knowledge of 3D autocad related to the structural steel industry as well as strong analytical skills are essential. Typical duties & responsibilities are as follows: Interfacing with customers both via phone, e-mail & in person; Evaluating product performance in real time scenarios using customer data; Installation; Customer training.
