Technical Sales Engineer - Casing/Liner Drilling

Overview: Hughes Christensen is the most innovative and technically advanced drill bit manufacturer in the world. We introduced the first rotary rock bit in 1909. Since then, our research and development programs have been responsible for the systematic advancement of drill bit technology. Most recently, HCC has introduced EZCase drilling technology into the casing and liner drilling markets. Due to our continued success and rapid growth we currently have an opening for a Technical Sales Engineer to continue the introduction of the EZCase product line into an ever expanding customer and application base. This position may be suitable for someone currently working within the drilling industry or involved with casing/liner running, specialty connections or tubular engineering. This position will be located in Houston, Texas but will involve travel throughout the US and possibly internationally.Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to HSE requirements. Forming, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. Form technical sales literature to aid sales and increase technical knowledge within HCC Work with other BHI divisions to grow new business. Record and analyze product performance to show value to clients Create & present performance summaries.
