Technical Lead Software Sub-Contractors

In our growing Rancho Bernardo Software Team you would play a lead role responsible for oversight of sub-contractors with a primary focus on developmental activities.

Responsibilities include attending Change Control Board and prioritizing changes, coordination of build schedules and expectations. Working with sub-contractors in writing SOW's, computing award fee, and coordinating program reviews across multiple projects and program goals. Manage delivery dates against program level needs. Address subcontractor Earned Value Management System issues and variance reports at the prime level.

Basic Qualifications: Experience managing sub-contracted companies, especially with software intensive products is required. 10+ years experience in system software required. BS Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Experience: Unmanned Aerial System experience a plus.

US citizenship is required. Candidates will be expected to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level.
