Technical Account Manager

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $75000 to $85000 per year We help companys acquire, develop and retain customers through integrated analytics, strategy and technology services. We sell CRM, ERP and Siebel web-based programs that are used for retail / consumer company management.

The Position
Job Title: Technical Account ManagerPractice Area: Managed Analytics
Location: AtlantaPosition Objective & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible the primary point of contact and interface between customer and the development team. This individual will work with one of our world class clients to support their managed analytics deliverables.Key Requirements
•Experience working with very large sets of data.•Manage on site client Business Analysts (up to 50% travel)•Strong consulting skills.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills,•Self motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.•Consolidate requirements from Business Analyst's and provide information to design team.
•Manage client expectations.
•Set and track milestones vs. Statements of Work
•Help client define data sources, how to cleanse them and deliver data to Managed Analytics team.
•Create change requests and enforce process.
•Review client deliverable reports & interpret data, seek client sign-off.
•Identify additional sales/business opportunities & create Statements of Work.
•Experience with data marts, data warehouses, and analytic reporting tools.
