To program and operate CMM. Requires 3+ years experience with PC-DMIS software, conventional inspection methods, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and the ability to read and interpret detail drawings & specs.
BUYER
Requires 3+ years procurement experience negotiating LTA's, placing PO s for raw material, outside processing and products. Experience working issues with suppliers to assure quality, on time delivery and cost control. Bachelor s degree CPM &/or CPIM preferred.
SUPPLIER QUALITY SURVEILLANCE
To audit suppliers, act as liaison & resolve quality & delivery issues. Requires 5+ years quality assurance/auditing experience in aerospace and knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001 & NADCAP. Associates degree and CQAASQ certification preferred.
PROGRAM MANAGER
To function in our company as the Customer Champion ensuring the on-time delivery of quality parts and assembles to assigned customers and serving as the key contact for all communications with them. Requires 2+ years experience in production control AND 5+ years experience in shop floor manufacturing in aerospace.
INSPECTOR
To perform first piece, "in process" and final inspections of machined parts. Requires 3+ yrs. experience inspecting machined parts.
CNC MACHINIST
2nd & 3rd shift
Requires a minimum of 5 years experience setting up & operating CNC mills & checking parts to blueprint.
