Technical support is a 24 x 7 service provided to our customer base. As a Technical Support Engineer, you may work non-standard hours. In this position you will:

Provide phone and email-based technical support to network engineers, sales engineers, customer's technicians, and systems administrators who are diagnosing, repairing and debugging complex hardware and software products.
Reproduce problems using customer similar hardware/software platform.
Assist customers in the resolution of problems by determining the severity of problem.
Maintain technical expertise in the assigned product area.
Follow standard practices and procedures to track problems and perform 100% follow-through with the customer. REQUIREMENTS

BS in Computer Science or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prefer a minimum of 1 year of UNIX experience and 1 year of networking knowledge preferably TCP/IP, Sendmail, DNS and http/https Firewall experience.
