In this role you will be responsible for assisting sales, marketing, and operations by providing proactive technical support for existing and potential customers.
Responsibilities Include:
-Analyze and resolve major field performance issues.
-Facilitate communication between customers and Scholle personnel.
-Develop technical data sheets and sales specifications for use by Sales and Marketing Departments.
-Develop technical sales presentation materials.
-Provide training to customers on products. -Requires travel to customers sites.
-Review & analysis of customers package performance
-Develop and implement programs to improve package performance within the customers facility.
-Provide package design support to Marketing Department.
-Train sales personnel on troubleshooting technical product issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have:
-BA/BS in a technical discipline, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.-Will also have minimum of 2 years of field service experience.-Prior packaging or Food Processing experience desirable.-Outstanding analytical, communications, organization, and presentation skills required.-Must be able to travel 50% of time. (80% domestically and 20% Canada and Mexico) -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
