Classification: Consulting Compensation: Pay up to $13.00 per hour Job Title: Tech Support SpecialistSummary of Job: Work in a web hosting environment performing functions such as providing pro-active top-level technical support and service to customers via phone, on-line tickets and electronic mail, and other duties as assigned. Exercise ownership and professionalism to make efficient company decisions that will assist in establishing and maintaining outstanding customer relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to customers. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills and troubleshooting and problem solving skills to resolve complex issues with little or no supervision. This role has a Jr. System Administrator focus, with customer facing skills as well as assisting with team projects and assignments when needed. Analyze, identify possible technical issues, solutions and provide critical information to Operations. Develop, maintain and manage customer relationship accounts. Serve as technical resource for other team members and departments. Assist sales with obtaining and maintaining a good working relationship with customers.

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good Comprehension
Basic understanding of Internet Technology to include
•Web hosting - Basic concepts
•Email - usage, and troubleshootingFlexible - able to work any day of week including holidays
1+ years of Technical Support experience a plus
