Do you have the passion to succeed? Job Summary
Support Windows desktop, development and production server environments. The environments consist primarily of Windows servers with a small percentage of Linux and Unix.
This position will perform administration and support of the development and production server. Work with all internal projects and our customers for system setup, configuration and ongoing support.

Essential Job Functions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Identifies and initiates resolutions to client problems and concerns associated with hardware and software. Logs and documents issues and resolution in the issue tracking system. Maintain current expertise with rapidly changing technology. Provides third level desktop support. Provides support for Windows servers in development and production. Involved in software evaluation, testing and deployment Work with projects to offer technical recommendation and implement solution. Available on call 24hrs (excluding vacation) to provide technical support. Support Citrix systems.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of recent experience supporting production environments Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on both internal and external customer service Strong problem solving skills
Preferences MS Windows Servers and Citrix experience AIX and SUSE/Redhat Linux experience
Working Conditions
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. 24X7 on call production support. Position is located in Overland Park, KS.
Education
B.S. in Information Technology, Business or related field preferred. Certifications and experience may substitute.
