Systems Manager I

Responsible for managing design, development, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of hardware and software operating systems for a fast paced and growing 250+ server farm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluates analysis and recommends solutions systems architecture.
• Develops and executes project plans, budgets, and schedules for documentation of work and results.
• Leads and effectively trains team of performance objectives.
• Oversees performance management position objectives.
• Performs budgeting responsibilities.
• Performs any other related duties as required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in a related field.

Experience: 5-7 Years: of IT experience in financial services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Expertise with new server implementations, IIS, clustered and Load-balanced Web environments.
• Active Directory knowledge a plus.
• F5 experience a plus.

• Blade servers experience a plus
• EMC SAN/NAS experience a plus

· SUN/Linux Experience a plus

· VMWare experience a plus

· Banking/E-Banking experience a plus

Certificates/ Licenses:
• MCSE (2000/2003), ASE desired
REQUIREMENTS
