Systems Engineering and Integration Lead

Key Role: Assist with leading the development and execution of a system integration engineering and program plan for a large multidisciplinary program. Translate contract requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks. Prepare plans for and oversee the development of processes, methods, and tools. Resolve or oversee resolutions of programmatic and technical problems that could critically affect the performance, cost, or schedule.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

15 years of experience with system integration and testing


-Experience with systems engineering, mission operations, and systems architecture for complex systems





Additional Qualifications:


-BS degree in Engineering or another technical field


-Ability to lead a team


-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
