If you have technical experience in managing a heterogeneous server environment, here is a unique opportunity that will allow you to leverage your diverse technical skills in a role that oversees SAIF Corporation’s enterprise servers and the systems engineering team.

In addition to building, developing, and managing the systems engineering organization, the Systems Engineering Project Lead position provides technical vision and innovation; anticipates and solves problems; manages multiple projects; develops tools and processes to support a stable, responsive production environment; and plays a key role in the coordination of all computing architectures.

REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for someone who has significant experience in a heterogeneous server environment. Your experience must include managing technical disciplines in a multi-server environment including UNIX/Windows-related hardware, software, software configuration, application support, performance tuning and analysis, and capacity and long term planning. Experience leading a team, mentoring technical staff, and serving as a knowledge expert is a must. If you have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and experience working with Internet architectures and .Net development tools, that’s even better.
