Strong communication skills are a must as well as a solid experience base in tactical and national SIGINT with broad knowledge in some particular area (i.e. communication technologies, tasking, reporting, analytical databases, etc.). Most importantly is an ability to be able to look at a potentially complex set of information requirements documented [often incompletely] in a variety of ways (e.g. physical data base schemata, data format specifications, system documentation, etc.) and be able to pull out the key generalizations/abstractions and organizing structures that form the basis of a good logical data model.General Position Description:Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
