Systems Engineer Senior II - (LinkRC24060)

Must have 8+ of related experience in use, test and evaluation of simulation training devices and products. As Test Director will be responsible for system test planning, coordination of hardware and software integration and direction of system test and acceptance on simulation programs. Will be responsible for the drafting and review of test procedures that will comprehensively evaluate application trainer upgrades or development. Will be responsible for the traceability of test procedures to applicable development requirements in conjunction with the systems engineering team. Additionally, will have responsibility to monitor and control testing aspects of the program for cost, schedule and technical issues. Must have experience interfacing with the customer and be able to explain technical concerns. Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers and be self motivated to address, evaluate and if necessary, correct testing concerns. Knowledge of aircraft systems is required and pilot experience is preferred with F-16 or F-18 aircraft.
