Job Description:
· Systems engineer with IBS and/or EPLRS design and use along with general RF Communications experience, DSP, and/or waveform experience. Working knowledge and experience with TDDS/TADIXS-B, TRAP, and TIBS systems, and/or EPLRS systems required.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
· Position requires BS degree in engineering related discipline along with 12-15 yrs related experience. MSEE or MSSE preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience:
· Senior level Systems Engineering, with IBS and/or EPLRS system level design experience required. Successful candidate must be a pro-active, self-starter individual, and must evidence an ability to learn, adaptability, analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, Customer focus, closure, impact, initiative, innovation, individual leadership, good judgment, planning and organizing skills, teamwork, and high work standards. Ability to lead others is required.
