Job Description:
•Applies knowledge and experience in field of Enterprise information architectures to develop Harris solutions for customer needs. Work is closely integrated with National Programs project teams.
•Develops advanced enterprise level information technology system architectures, system concepts, system designs, requirements and requirement allocations.
•Develops materials for presentation to the customer to define systems architecture and communicate systems concepts. Interface with internal and external customers. Work with potential and existing customers.
•Incorporates key attributes of enterprise level systems into proposed solutions (e.g., knowledge management, security, access, tools).
•Leads/coordinates proof-of-concept technology demonstrations.
•Works closely with BD, PMO, and Engineering to define business strategies and teaming relationships. Conduct system-level trade study analyses.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•BA/BS or equivalent and at least 9 years professional experience, with at least 8 years experience supporting pursuits and proposals for large and complex data-driven systems.

Experience:
•Background in enterprise level information systems engineering.
•Experience working with multidiscipline teams throughout all the project phases - requirements development through systems test and delivery.
•Familiar with standard System Engineering processes and should have a working knowledge of information technology engineering, service orientated architectures, CM and test engineering processes.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work well with customers and both the working and executive levels.
•Proactive and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams that are geographically distributed with minimal or no direct supervision.
•Experience and understanding of the Intelligence Community and their missions, and be able to articulate what discriminators Harris brings.
•Prefer member of industry or government team responsible for developing imagery systems.

Positions at U.S. Harris locations may require U.S. citizenship for the purposes of obtaining a government security clearance. This position requires a current TS/SSBI/Poly type clearance. Additional clearances may also be required.
