Systems Analyst, Intermediate - Java Technologies

Job Area: LegalRole: Patent Counsel with 3+ years experience. Experience in semiconductor and flat panel display technologies desired. The Patent Counsel will assist in responsibility of overseeing the patent portfolio for the MEMS technology division of Qualcomm. Position will involve patent prosecution and portfolio management. Position will also involve patent infringement and validity analysis related to due diligence activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Experience: Must have at least 3 years experience in patent preparation and prosecution and infringement and validity analysis. Foreign prosecution experience is desirable but not essential.Additional Skills: This position involves client interaction so good communication skills are required. This position also requires the ability to work in a team environment.Education Requirements: Required: Juris Doctor, Law Degree
