Job Description:
•Responsible for the administration, maintenance and management of computer systems at the operating system and infrastructure level.
•Builds, configures, troubleshoots and integrates new and existing servers to provide service enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure up-grades.
•Recommends software and hardware enhancements, diagnoses and corrects issues, defines and implements new services with the goal of achieving maximum server up-time and availability for the customers.
•Responsible for monitoring performance, and system usage and training less qualified teammates.
•Develops, documents and validates portions of the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), including the back-up systems and disk configurations.
•Conducts system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•Requires a BS in Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
•Strong UNIX and hardware background (SGI/SUN) experience required.
•Experience with maintaining web interfaces and database administration.

Experience:
•Proven systems administration and troubleshooting ability.
•This position requires a Top Secret/SCI government security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
