Systems Administrator - CRM

CP Kelco, a J. M. Huber company and a leading global producer of specialty ingredients used in food, pharmaceutical and consumer products has an immediate opening for a CRM Systems Administrator at its corporate headquarters in Atlanta. This position will be responsible for system administration and technical support of a large-scale Customer Relationship Management implementation. The individual will be an integral part of the CRM Solutions Team and will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system is functioning reliably for 450+ users across the globe. In this role, the individual will maintain and monitor CRM application servers, provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot user problems, maintain/establish appropriate access for users/teams, ensure supporting global IT personnel are properly equipped to support the application and test new functionality prior to deployment. This role will be a key part of delivering enhanced customer-focused business processes which are enabled by the CRM application.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a four year degree in computer science, information management, business management or related field or an associates degree with two additional years experience in systems administration; 1 to 3 years experience in business application system administration/support preferably with Customer Relationship Management/SFA systems (eg: SalesLogix, Siebel, ONYX, Pivotal, Salesforce.com, etc.), Business Intelligence, Technical Support or Customer Service applications; the ability to balance multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities as well as the ability to clearly, effectively and quickly communicate with the CRM solutions team and a diverse global user community; a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and a natural passion and ability to provide reliable and responsive technical support to internal customers.
