SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: This request is for a Systems Integration Analyst Staff acting as a technical lead/project manager working for Lockheed Martin (LM) Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) in support of LM Aero in Palmdale. The applicant will manage, oversee, and ensure the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators and database administrators; oversee the establishment and maintenance of service accounts; act as the owner of the Relevant Database; authorize grants to the Relevant database based upon inputs from functional data owners. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and monitoring work assignments for the Palmdale group; for ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget; and for ensuring that the team complies with Standard Engineering Processes and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The candidate will be required to work closely with others in EIS and customer organizations to obtain programming requirements and budget approval. The candidate will monitor budget expenditures; will obtain budget approvals; and will work with EIS and customer management to securing baseline Operations & Maintenance and project budgets.

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:

= Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

= Must have or be able to obtain/maintain Secret Security Clearance for system and program access;

= Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

= Project management experience and training;

= Experience with relational databases;

= Experience with Unix

= Experience with Microsoft Project.

DESIRED SKILLS:

= Know, or be able to quickly learn, Informix System Query Language(ISQL);

= Project Management Professional Certification;

= SAP knowledge;

= Supply Chain Integration Knowledge
