System Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 per year Title : Oracle ERP Sr. System Analyst (Accounts Receivable)Description : Oracle Financial Analyst with 5+ yrs direct, hands on experience in Oracle's E-Business Suite for Financials specifically the Accounts Receivable and Collections applications. The candidate should also have some knowledge in Oracle technical tools. He/she will be responsible for actively supporting production system. This analyst will also be responsible for planning, leading and actively participate in design, configuration and testing of new system enhancements/changes in extending the existing capabilities to implemented Oracle and custom functionalities. This position requires strong functional and moderate technical Oracle Release 11.5.x product knowledge/ experience as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective. He/She should be able to analyze current and future operational/business requirements/scenarios and work with the end users and I/T development team to ensure proper translation of business requirements to I/T solution requirements. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical Oracle applications issues, liaising with end user functional resources and Oracle ERP DBAs, as and when required. Should be independently able to write SQL queries in order to quickly trouble shoot some of the key production issues. This role also will be responsible in assisting end users in determining and resolving the day to day production system issues and errors. You will be responsible for training employees and driving the operational implementation of solutions. Ability to interpret and develop to functional and technical specifications required.Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 Yrs experience in Implementing or managing Oracle ERP Financial Application. Oracle release 11.5.x experience is must. Candidate must have strong knowledge in Oracle Accounts Receivables including Oracle Order Management and General Ledger. Oracle Inventory application knowledge will be added advantage. Candidate should have strong business and functional knowledge in Accounts Receivables and Collection processes.
