Responsible for managing and uploading Microsoft SQL database entries and cataloging the TSC Real-Time Data System data inventory database. This includes supporting TSC database uploading and controlling Mission Payload data management operations. Responsible for implementing configuration changes to the TSC Real-Time Data System based on updates to the Data Requirements Document (DRD). A firm understanding of the CCSDS packet format for ISS raw telemetry data is desired. This employee will be knowledgeable in IT applications and familiar with Office products. This employee will also be able to provide assistance with software testing and verification. This employee is expected to stay current with new advancements in IT applications, OS, and other applicable technologies and possess the ability to use the TSC provided tools for managing experiment data. The employee shall be familiar with standard software engineering and coding methodology.

General Position Description:
Analyzes, enhances, installs, tests and modifies enterprise-wide operating systems for both new and existing systems. Develops requirements, workflow and systems analysis. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Establishes standards for development and maintenance of new and existing products. Proficient in company's operating system language (MAC, WindowsNT, Windows98, Unix, etc.).
