This key position will support production testing, and also monitor and drive yield and cost improvements. Some of the key responsibilities include:
1.Supporting both wafer probe and final test with production test setups, as well as yield and quality issues.
2.Supporting burn-in and military level testing.
3.Building and debugging new and existing test hardware to support manufacturing.
4.Implementing cost reduction measures to reduce production costs while ensuring product quality.
5.Driving test program optimization and test time reduction.
6.Working with manufacturing group to improve efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
We have "mandatory" requirements you must meet in order to be qualified for this position. If you do not meet these mandatory requirements, your application will be closed immediately.
These are the “must” have qualifications for this position:
1.A BSEE and/or MSCC (or equivalent degrees)
2.At least 7 years of experience in the manufacturing of IC semiconductor components.
3.Minimum of 3 years “hands-on” experience in ATE (i.e. LTX, TMT, Eagle, Teredyne, or another) .
4.Experienced at statistical analysis using Normal Distribution, Sigma, CpK.
5.“Hands-on” experience working on any one of these: Power Management IC’s, Lighting IC’s, Audio IC’s, and RF IC’s.
6.Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
7.Ablility to travel nationally and internationally for a minimum of 1 week per trip.
8.Ability to work with production, design and marketing groups to manage priorities and drive cost reduction.
9.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
10.Legal right to work in the U.S.
These are “preferences” for this position:
1.Experience using C, C++ or Basic.
2.Experience using SAS.
