Survey Party Chief / RLS

Survey Party Chief / RLS - looking for a high-level Party Chief with an RLS / PLS in Arizona (or in another state with reciprocity) - may consider LSIT if taking exam in October.
REQUIREMENTS
This will be a field position, overseeing field crews - will be building up a couple of new crews in Tucson. Need experience with traditional and computerized survey equipment - GPS, Total Station, Data Collectors, etc.

This will be a 4 1/2 month contract-to-hire. Anniversary date is backdated 120 days from transition to permanent, and benefits would start accordingly.
