Survey Office Personnel Needed!

Horizon Consultants of Arizona is a rapidly growing land surveying company established in Phoenix in 2003. We are an operational division of Forsman, Inc. dba Horizon Surveys (corporate headquarters) which was founded in 1993 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Horizon Consultants of Arizona is currently seeking personnel for the following two positions:

Survey Mapping Manager
This position is an office-based position which requires that you be a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona. 5 years of mapping experience is preferable, but not required. Experience in AutoCadd is a must. Your job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: supervising a small team of survey technicians; reading and interpreting legal descriptions; and researching survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. You will need to be dependable, conscientious, and able to make responsible decisions.

Survey Technician II
As a survey technician II, you must have 3 years experience with AutoCadd LDD software and be proficient at construction staking calculations. You must also be experienced with record of surveys, tract/parcel maps, boundaries, TOPOs, legal descriptions, subdivisions, and final mapping.

REQUIREMENTS
Survey Mapping Manager
Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona;
Have a working knowledge of AutoCadd;
Be able to read and interpret legal descriptions;
Have strong researching skills;
5 years of mapping experience preferable;
Able to make responsible decisions;
Able to manage others

Survey Technician II
3 years experience in AutoCadd;
Be proficient at constructions staking calculations;
Have experience and be familiar with record of surveys, parcel maps, boundaries, topo's, legal descriptions, subdivisions and final maps
