The Center of Excellence Support team provides internal second tier support to all of our customers by troubleshooting and resolving issues revolving around the following products in our environment: ExRAP, ADRAP, and SQLRAP. Operations Analysts receive calls from Engineers and TAMs as well as monitoring alias' to resolve issues, and provide world-class customer service.
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:
1.Provide world-class quality customer support to internal employees. This person will be expected to work toward meeting and exceeding existing Service Level Agreements for service requests, and will be expected to contact clients via telephone, or e-mail in order to resolve their issues.
2.Provide Tier 2 level support for End users of the RAP platform and associated client side tools.
3.Deliver analytical and evaluative information for use by others, including Reports troubleshooting guides, ticket escalation between Tier 2 and Tier 3.
4.Handles troubleshooting and resolution of mission critical configuration issues, hardware and software problems.
5.Identifying bugs in the toolsets or backend infrastructure.
6.Deploy new builds to production.
Must have;
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Client-facing support experience
Strong critical thinking skills required: includes troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, good judgment/decision making ability. A software test background would also be beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills required, including teamwork and positive relationship building
Genuine passion for technology and desire and aptitude to increase technical skill level required
MCP in Windows 2003 server or current MCSE
Microsoft SQL server working knowledge.
Timeliness. It is highly important to work a full shift and be on time for the scheduled hours.
