Technical Support provides CA customers with the best possible service and expertise to protect and enhance investments in CA technology. CA Technical Support is committed to providing a degree of customer satisfaction that is unparalleled in the industry.Support Engineer candidates must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm. Your prior technical troubleshooting and customer service experience will help qualify you to be responsible for providing world-class technical customer support for CA-eTrust Mainframe security customers. Your strong analytical skills will prove vital in investigating and resolving technical product issues.Candidates must have the following: at least 2 years experience in trouble shooting and providing technical support; 2+ years work experience with MVS, VSE, and VM operating systems; and strong analytical/debugging skills. Qualified candidates must also be detail oriented, quality focused, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have flexibility to work various shifts, including Holidays as needed; and the availability to provide rotational pager support as required. Prior experience with eTrust products such as eTrust CA-Top Secret, TSS LDP, TSS DB2, or eTrust Cleanup a plus. BS in Computer Science or related field preferred.It's an exciting time at CA.
