Supply Planning Manager

Summary Statement: The Supply Planning Manager will achieve Supply Chain Management goals for Service Level, Inventory Productivity and Forecast Accuracy through effective scheduling of inventory and plant capacity for Distribution Centers and Plants. Supply Chain scheduling activities include setting cost effective inventory policies, Distribution Center Deployment, Rough Cut and Detailed Plant Capacity Planning, Detailed Production Scheduling.

Representative Duties:
· Actively support Supply Chain Planning improvement goals for Service Level Inventory Productivity and Forecast Accuracy
· Support Integrated Supply Chain Management concepts policies and procedures using SAP MPS, SNP, and R3 modules, support training and certification programs.
· Active participant and lead on Sales & Operations Planning Supply Chain Performance Teams
. Works closely with Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Forecasting, Sales and Marketing Departments performing Production Control related duties
· Support Data Integrity and Scheduling Integrity standards and performance measurements
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: Bachelors degree and / or APICS’ CPIM certification.
·2-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
· Experience with production and inventory control MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) / ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software modules. SAP including MPS, SNP R3 and APO preferred but not required.
· Ability to communicate and work closely with other departments including Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Sales and Marketing.
