Supervisor - V22 Integrated Program Scheduling

Function/Program: FinanceJob Summary: This position directs/supervises activities of the V22 Integrated Program Scheduling (IPS) group that is accountable for the creation and maintenance of resource loaded schedules that are integrated and synchronized across all IPTs in support of program requirements, consistent with established policies and procedures. Also, for coordinating, explaining, reviewing, and tracking program schedules to direct and/or facilitate program execution, including identification of unexpected conditions and providing tactical alternatives. The schedules will be used to establish the company commitment and define the period of performance of each program and are deliverable to Bell’s military customers, marketing and program/company management.Position Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Business Management or related fields.Minimum of 10 years experience in business administration or related field. Preferred Earned Value Scheduling experience.Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate problem areas. Use good logic to summarize finds and prepare recommendations for improvement to upper management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver oral presentations.
