Supervisor

Purpose: Job Description: Our client is one of the Top 5 General Contractors in the nation. They do over $2 Billion per year in revenue. They are Headquartered in Bethesda, MD. We are working directly with their West Coast HR Manager out of their Costa Mesa office. Most, if not all of our clients projects are run out of their OC office. They are currently one of the GCs for a huge LAX job. They are doing a $300 Million renovation of the Tom Bradley International Terminal. The project is already ongoing. The field trailer is being placed on site currently and these candidates could start ASAP. They are in need of 2-3 Superintendents for this job. These Superintendents can range in experience level from 5-15 years. They must have Heavy Civil/Commercial construction experience on project ranging $20-$30 Million and up. These candidates must have strong knowledge in complex projects as well as experience with Structural Steel, Concrete, MEP Systems, Seismic Retrofits, etc. Their main 2 criteria in considering candidates is:
1) Job Size - They must have worked on big, complex projects
2) Work history - Our client does not want anyone with less than 3 years at their last employer.

It's OK if they have 2 years with their current as long as their last job was 3+. the candidates are/should come from another large name competitor or from a high end sub-contractor that has worked with these big GCs on projects. The hiring process is a phone screen with the EHR Manager first. Then a face to face w/ HR and a Sr. Staff member and then an interview with a Divisional VP and then offer.

Qualifications:
5+ Years of Experience $20-$30 Million projects/projects must be complex &/or unique - no cookie cutter projects. Must have knowledge in heavy construction (ie. structural steel, concrete, seismic considerations, etc) Good job history (ie 3+ years with current and last employer) The candidates can come from another large name competitor or from a high end sub-contractor that has worked with these big GCs on projects.
