Training, Training Management, and Training Development

Geopolitical, Economic, and Demographic Forecasting
Manpower/Recruiting Analysis, and Active-Reserve Mix IssuesEducation and specific experience: Must have a master’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the following the disciplines: mathematics, the physical sciences, engineering, economics, political science, or international relations. The individual must possess at least 10 years cumulative experience in one or more of the following fields of endeavor:
Systems Analyses (logistics related)
Operations Analysis (logistics related)
Systems Engineering
Integrated Logistics Support Planning
Reliability and Maintainability Analysis
Modeling and Simulation (logistics related)
Cost Benefit AnalysisMust have a background in analytical techniques and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and through written reports. Must be able to direct the efforts of others, as well as address complex problems independently. Must have experience of two years as a project manager with supervisory responsibility for 10 or more individuals, and a successful track record of five years as senior or sole project analyst.Education and experience may be substituted as follows: In lieu of a master’s degree and 10 years of experience as set forth above, the Study Task Leader may have a PhD degree in one of the specified disciplines and at least 8 years of cumulative experience in one or more of the specified fields of endeavor
