Stantec's Sacramento office is seeking a Structural Manager to be responsible for the management of structural engineers and drafters, preparation of proposals and cost estimates, marketing and billings, as well as performing structural engineering. The ideal candidate must have experience designing and managing architectural and civil type projects with an ability to provide structural support to mechanical, electrical and landscape departments REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 15 years experience in structural engineeringLicensed structural engineer in the state of CaliforniaBachelor of Science degree in structural engineeringMust have strong communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with engineers in all disciplines, general contractors, and clientsStrong background and experience level in the use of building materials, wood, steel, masonry and concrete, and all types of lateral systems from moment frame to shear wall to brace frames is requiredMust have managed projects under a wide variety of jurisdictions including city, county, state and military agencies
