REQUIREMENTS
Lead group of 35+ structural engineers, designers and drafters. PE license; BSCE from accredited university; advanced degree in Management (e.g. MBA) strongly preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience in structural engineering with specific experience in a consulting environment; experience in pulp and paper and/or power industries preferred. Demonstrated success in developing, mentoring and managing engineers and designers; excellent communication skills; ability to manage projects and foster long-term client relationships
