Structural Analyst, FEA, FATIGUE, TOLERANCE, AIRCRAFT

Alliance Solutions has been retained to assist a major aircraft engineering company in their efforts to seek 10 Structural Analyst/Stress to join their organization in Wichita, KS on a CONTRACT BASIS.

Estimated duration of Assignment: Indefinite
Estimated Overtime per week: 10% possibly more
Hourly Rate Range: $65.00 - $75.00 (DOE)

Must be U.S. Citizen.

Candidate must have prior aircraft structures analysis experience. A minimum of a BS Degree in an Engineering related field.

Seeking candidate with 5-10+ years experience.

Salary expectation will be based on education and years experience in the aircraft industry.


The candidate for this position will be responsible for the structural analysis of aircraft structures. Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems requiring judgment and ingenuity to work within current engineering protocols to size and analyze aircraft structures. Activities will also include the development of strength and fatigue criteria. Must have the ability to coordinate activity between company and the respective customer as well as between company and engineering services suppliers. Interface as needed with design engineers, drafters, M&P engineers, and tooling/manufacturing personnel to assure engineering designs may be fabricated as released to manufacturing.

Qualified candidates will be able to work at great depth and/or breadth in skill or discipline. Accountable for a component of the decision process employing significant resources and/or having critical impact on engineering success; may also involve the development of functional policies. Can interpret complex information to derive or design components of a procedure, product, system or process and integrate these within relevant disciplines within the business.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform tasks at lead level, with the ability to direct the work of small teams (5-10) of engineers. Resolves technical problems that would critically affect performance, cost, or schedule. Organizes technical aspects of proposal development. Provides program related and technical guidance to engineering project teams.
