Accurately, effectively and competently operates and adjusted equipment such as steam boilers, centrifugal chillers, emergency electrical generators, pumps, compressors, refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Monitors equipment and records readings twice per shift. Observes the operation of mechanical devices and determines problems and takes corrective action as necessary. Maintains areas, which include the following: boiler room, chiller room, pump room and electrical generator building. Performs housekeeping duties and paints equipment as required. Performs preventative maintenance on equipment assigned and minor repairs. Available to the engineering and management staff as needed.Application Process:

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma preferred. Trade technical or military school training in Plant Operations preferred. Minimum of three years experience in a plant operations/maintenance position including military service preferred. Licenses as applicable. Unlimited 500 HP Los Angeles license required within 6 months of hire .
