Staff Geologist

Purpose: An nation wide, 50 office, environmental firm specializing in design and study of transportation, water / wastewater, institutional / industrial environmental applications are looking for a GEOLOGIST to join their team.

DESCRIPTION

The geologist will serving as a Staff Geologist for its Detroit area office.

This individual will be responsible for providing geological/hydro geological support specific to performing Phase I/II assessments, environmental investigations, O&M projects, and construction management projects. Responsibilities will also include assisting in preparing reports and other associated technical documents.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (Master?s preferred) in geology or hydro geology. The candidate should have a minimum of three to five years experience in environmental consulting including environmental regulatory experience specific to Michigan. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
