Sr Technical Services Engineer - Beauty Avenues - Columbus, OH

Senior level contributor position responsible for primary interface with Product Development and Contract Manufacturers for process development, and transfer of new personal care product formulas from deveopment into manufacturing. Teamwork and communication are critical in this fast paced environment. Engineers in this role also identify manufacturing process improvement opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, safety, cost, etc. Other responsibilities include supplier selection/qualification and process trouble-shooting. Quick problem solving and decision making skills are critcal here also. Typically reports to the Technical Service Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in a Technical Service or Process Engineering function
