BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Our development philosophy is to bring together individuals with strong skill sets and assemble them in small teams of up to five people. Each team is focused on their projects goals, interacting with managers and marketing in monthly intervals.

OVERALL OUTPUTS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop software components for a next generation n-tier web-based application framework using latest technologies.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Director of Enterprise Infrastructure REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems. Excellent ASP.Net, Atlas, JavaScript, AJAX, C#, .NET Framework skills and a good understanding of .NET internals. Solid software engineering background and software life cycle experience. Expertise in UML modeling, design patterns, and software architecture. Experience in GUI frameworks, building Web Applications.

OPTIONAL SKILLS DESIRED: Good communication skills and team player attitude. Experience with Web Services using ASP.Net, C#, XML and other MS technologies Good understanding of C++ and multi-threading. Mastery of Visual Studio 2005. Experience with server-client applications. Knowledge of latest MS technologies such as Windows Communication Foundation. Knowledge of MS DB technologies such as ADO, ADO.NET First-hand experience in Xtreme Programming or Scrum. Experience with additional Win32/64 APIs: GDI, DirectX, OpenGL.
