Sr Software Engineer, Dev
Successful candidate will be part of the Agency Markets - IT Claims production support team delivering automation solutions to meet changing business needs. Primarily responsible for delivering product enhancements and defect resolution solutions for the RCS application, but will also work with project teams on implementing strategic initiatives for the Claims organization. Additional responsibilities will also include working with business partners to determine business requirements, design approaches and testing strategies. Skills required are: COBOL II, DB2, CICS and JCL
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or business discipline. Prior work experience may be substituted for educational requirements for candidates with a strong background in COBOL II, DB2, CICS and JCL. A minimum of 5 years prior experience with extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies are required. Seeking individuals who are self motivated with strong communications skills (both verbal and written). Candidates with prior IT insurance experience will be given preference.
