Sr. Project Manager

Purpose: Sr. Project Manager A DC construction firm is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with experience in excavation sheeting and underpinning. Experience in designs and construction of shoring systems for facade preservation and structural modifications such as moving or strengthening columns and foundations is also highly desired.

The senior project manager will be responsible for the management of construction projects. This includes: reviewing all construction documents, engineering for field conditions, managing construction personnel, securing materials and equipment, scheduling of construction activities, overseeing jobsite safety, coordinating all aspects of construction changes and project close-out.
