Malcolm Pirnie, Inc is seeking a Senior Project Engineer/Scientist with experience in water quality and regulations for our Santa Monica office. This position will be responsible for providing consulting services on water quality and regulatory compliance issues to drinking water utilities. EOE
REQUIREMENTS
Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
Broad as well as detailed knowledge of the Safe Drinking Water Act and USEPA associated with it
Specific knowledge of state regulatory requirements (especially in California) a plus
Must be well acquainted with major water quality issues facing utilities in sources of supply, treatment plant processes and distribution systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and written report preparation required
M.S. degree in science or engineering required; M.S. preferred
