Arrange and verify suppliers, logistics, and production control.
Evaluate capacity needs to search for and contract vendors. Negotiate with the vendors to establish best pricing, capacity, manufacturing lead time and delivery.
Insure subcontracted product meets all specifications for dimensions, composition, and quality control.
Extensive on site evaluation.
Direct the work of two technicians, performing similar duties.
Follow and enforce all company safety requirements, and company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
8+ years manufacturing
Heavy Industrial preferred
Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering
Some Travel
Good communication skills
Organized and computer literate.
Work on a team environment.
