Manage and advance a high speed Bipolar product line. Job includes process development and sustaining, parameter test management, specification and runsheet control, and new product development. Interface with other engineering groups to solve problems and sustain products with cost reduction and yield improvementsRequirements: good communication skills, team player, and self-starter. Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics and bipolar theory is important. Minimum BSEE with 3 years industry experience.
